Designed for nose work, field tracking, and search operations, SportDOG's TrailStar harness uses welded biothane webbing — a waterproof, scent-neutral synthetic leather — that does not absorb odors from the environment, preventing contamination of a working dog's scent discrimination between training sessions. The elongated dorsal attachment point positions the long line above the dog's hindquarters for maximum free movement during scenting, a geometry preferred by Bloodhound, German Shepherd, and Coonhound tracking teams. A padded non-restrictive chest panel ensures comfort during marathon 4–6 hour tracking sessions. Compatible with all SportDOG GPS collar systems; fits dogs 45–130 lbs.
