ProSelect's Empire cage uses 20-gauge reinforced steel tubes — significantly heavier than the sheet metal used in standard wire crates — welded at all intersections and powder-coated with an epoxy finish that resists the persistent scratching of powerful large breeds including Cane Corsos, Rottweilers, and American Bulldogs. The heavy-duty slide-bolt latches on the door are recessed behind a steel guard plate that prevents the door-leverage attacks that commonly open standard latches. Rated at 750 lbs total static load capacity with four removable casters for repositioning; weighs 75 lbs in XL configuration. The removable stainless steel tray and one divider panel are included in every package.
