The 3mm neoprene shell is naturally buoyant, providing marginal but meaningful swim assist, and the smooth exterior surface eliminates friction drag in the water unlike textured fabric harnesses. A double-bar buckle system at the chest stays latched even under submersion pressure. Machine washable and rated for salt and freshwater environments; fits dogs 50–110 lbs.
